PLAYSTATION®2 PRESENTS WINTER MUSIC CONFERENCE SWEEPSTAKES FEATURING FERRY CORSTEN, BAD BOY BILL, DIESELBOY AND DJ RAP CONTEST

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY 1) How to Participate: This contest is being run from January 20, 2004 – February 6, 2004. There are two ways to enter into the contest: (a) on the Internet, at www.hob.com, see the links to the HOB/PlayStation?2 Ferry Corsten, Bad Boy Bill, Dieselboy and DJ Rap Contest or (b) by hand printing a request to enter the contest and mailing it to House of Blues Digital, Inc., 6255 Sunset Blvd., 16th Floor, Hollywood, CA 90028, attention: HOB/PlayStation?2 Ferry Corsten, Bad Boy Bill, Dieselboy and DJ Rap Contest, to be received by midnight, PST, February 6, 2004.

2) Eligibility. This contest is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, other than Florida, who are 21 years of age or older. Employees, directors and their immediate families or members of household of: House of Blues Digital, Inc., Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc., and other prize sponsors and participants, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, production, promotion and publicity agencies, and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this Contest are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.

3) Prizes, Approximate Retail Value and Odds (as of February 6, 2004): One Grand Prize: Two tickets to the PlayStation?2 Dual Play tour date featuring Ferry Corsten, Bad Boy Bill, Dieselboy and DJ Rap at the Opium Garden in Miami on March 6th, 2004, roundtrip airfare from nearest major airport in the continental 48 states to Miami, FL for two people, and two nights stay at the Marriott Hotel in Miami, FL (room and tax only, night of Friday, March 5th and Saturday, March 6th). Prize features include tickets to the show, airfare and hotel accommodations, PlayStation®2 Combo Pack (which includes a PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system, Network Adaptor and a copy of ATV Offroad Fury™) and a collection of PlayStation®2 videogames including the all new EyeToy™. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,500. You must be prepared to take the trip starting March 5th, 2004 and returning March 7th, 2004. All travel details will be at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize may be forfeited if winner is unable to travel during the designated time period. Odds of winning the prize depends on the number of eligible entries received. One entry per person. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant violating these rules.

4) Winner Selection. House of Blues Digital, Inc. will conduct contest administration and verification. The Winners shall be selected at random from all valid entries received by House of Blues Digital, Inc by February 6, 2004. By participating in this Contest, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of House of Blues Digital, Inc. whose decisions are final. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Contest if, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone on or about February 8, 2004 and will be required to execute and return, via fax, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity and Liability Release (the traveling companion will also be required to execute and return a Publicity and Liability Release) within 72 hours of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, postage due, damaged or incomplete mail. Prizes do not include anything not specifically mentioned as part of the prize in these Official Rules. It is the sponsor's intention to award only the prize described in the Official Rules. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless House of Blues Digital, Inc., Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc., prize sponsors and participants, their respective licensees, franchisees, affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, successors and their respective directors, officers, employees, advertising and production agencies from all liability regarding participation in the Contest, the receipt and use of prize awarded and, without limiting the generality of the above, from any injury or death while using the prize. Prize winner waives the right to 1) to assert as a cost of winning a prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem that prize and 2) any liability claim which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem that prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or exchanges or cash equivalents will be allowed except by sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value and approximately similar features for any prize mentioned in these rules due to unavailability. Contest void in whole or in part where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. All taxes are winner's responsibility (other than room tax described above). All federal, state and local regulations apply. All materials submitted become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to use winner's name and likeness, including photographs taken by the sponsor’s photographer, for publicity use, without any further consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree that their contact information may be shared with Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc., and Hotels.com. California law governs this contest and prize winner agree that any claims against Sponsors must be filed in the Central District of California.

5) For the name of the Grand Prize Winner send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to House of Blues Digital, Inc. 6255 Sunset Blvd., 16th Floor, Hollywood, CA 90028, Attention: HOB / PlayStation?2 Ferry Corsten, Bad Boy Bill, Dieselboy and DJ Rap Contest to be received by February 6, 2004.
